Join our Lab!

Interested in joining our lab? There are multiple ways to be involved with us!

• If you are an undergraduate student at UCSC and want to gain experience as a research assistant, you could join the lab through volunteering or course credit.
  • Requirement: Capable of committing to the lab for at least two quarters and completion of this form. (One of our lab members will reach out to you when we have an opening position.)
  • Things we do not require
    • Major – Does not have to be a psychology/cognitive science, or any other specific major, as long as it matches your interest in our research focus and projects!
    • GPA – No minimum GPA
    • Past experience in the lab – It is great to have past experience working in the lab, but it is not required!

• If you are a potential graduate student (interested in doing your PhD in the lab), please reach out to Prof. Menendez at damenend@ucsc.edu. In the email, you should saying why are interested in joining the lab. We are not accepting PhD student to start in the Fall 2024.
